For buyers

For buyers

Share your acquisition criteria so that we can assess potential fit with relevant off-market processes. Any introduction remains subject to review and seller approval.

Who we engage with

Strategic acquirers, investment firms, family offices and other credible acquisition groups with defined objectives.

What qualification means

We consider acquisition criteria, decision-making authority, strategic rationale, confidentiality commitments and the proposed funding approach. Additional checks may be required for a specific transaction.

A controlled introduction

Submitting criteria does not provide automatic access to sellers or documents, confer verified status, or guarantee an introduction. We do not publish the names or profiles of buyers in our private database.

Questions, considered.

Will my company be advertised publicly?

Our default approach is off-market. Any wider disclosure is discussed and agreed with the seller rather than assumed.

Does off-market mean approaching only one buyer?

No. A discreet process can involve several selected buyers without a public listing.

What makes a buyer qualified?

Qualification considers the buyer’s criteria, decision-making capacity, strategic fit and proposed funding approach. The review is proportionate to the transaction; it does not guarantee funding or completion.

Can I speak with you before deciding to sell?

Yes. An initial discussion can focus on readiness, timing and the alternatives available.

Does submitting a form appoint Nobelton?

No. An engagement requires the relevant checks and agreed written terms.

An important decision starts with the right conversation.

Whether a transaction is near or still some way ahead, start with a private discussion of your priorities.
